In 2020, 40 812 residences were sold to foreigners in Turkey, this number gradually increases every year. The province with the highest sales to foreigners in 2020 was Istanbul with 19,175, followed by Antalya with 7,735, Bursa with 2,746 and Ankara with 1,340.
